A DEADLY SILENCE
These are photos I took in Beirut during strolls around the city.
Beirut is a very noisy place during the day, so I wanted to capture what is today unfamiliar to it, silence. Empty streets, building sites, side roads or buildings devoid of human activity… Images evocative of the deadly silence of the war time days. Images that are somewhat dreamlike and strange.
